Set overlooking the Mediterranean Sea on the Costa Brava coast, the Cap Sa Sal Turquesa apartment is set within a former luxury hotel. It offers access to an outdoor pool. Cap Sa Sal is a truly unique place, with private beach access, set in an exceptional location that allows you to enjoy all its wonders just a few kilometers away. That’s why it was originally conceived as a luxury hotel for privileged guests. Fortunately, the project that aimed to turn it into the “Monte Carlo of Spain” disappeared when it failed to obtain a casino license. This now allows it to be enjoyed year-round without the need for a casino. The apartment was redecorated in 2023 to offer all the comforts of a modern home while preserving the charm of a Mediterranean-style residence. 95 m² of living space, including a private 20 m² terrace.
