The company has been operating as an estate agency since 2006, and we specialise in property sales and legal advice. Since 2023, we have also been involved in holiday rentals and currently manage around 10 properties. The property is situated in the San Juan de Capistrano residential area, a well-known and peaceful development north of Nerja, very close to the Sierra-Almijara Natural Park. It features wide avenues where parking is easy, and green spaces with a distinctly Andalusian feel, as it was designed to resemble a typical white Mediterranean village. Around the swimming pool there are green spaces where you can relax or eat at the restaurants or snack bars. There are also supermarkets and local shops.
