MAAR House is composed of 500 m2, in two structures of 250 meters each, built on a plot of 2100 meters which includes a Vacation Guest House with a pool, a Surf and Rental Shop, Surf - Sup - Kitesurf School and a magnificent Cocktail Bar. MAAR House is a modern and bright oasis of peace and serenity just a few meters from the best spots on the island and its secret coves. The newly built property is located in the charming village of Lajares in a quiet and peaceful environment, surrounded by volcanoes and ocean beaches. The villas for holiday use can comfortably accommodate up to 24 people, respecting their privacy; offers multiple solutions, our rooms have been designed to make your holiday comfortable and unforgettable, for this reason each room has a private bathroom and a private outdoor space and a reserved outdoor area overlooking the garden community where you can relax and rejuvenate. Please note that the rooms and bathrooms are private, but the kitchen and living/TV area are shared with other guests. The Studio has all private areas and could also use the pool dependig of the availability.

Neighborhood info

Thanks to its strategic position, it represents the best solution for lovers of nature and all water sports: located halfway between the picturesque fishing village of Majanicho and the multi-ethnic "pueblito" of Lajares, it is the perfect base to reach quickly all the most important spots in the north of the island, enjoying the wonderful volcanoes that protect it. At 1 km from our corner of paradise you will also meet the quiet and smiling Lajares, better known as the Surf-City of Fuerteventura. The name was given to it because of the first community settled in this small town protected by the rocky coast of the North Shore and its fascinating deserts: what initially was a small fishing community then became the base for many surfers from all over Europe. every year they go to this surfing paradise to enjoy its beautiful waves and powerful winds. Furthermore, this small village is the center of the cultural fervor of the north of the island: concerts, craft markets, exhibitions, tastings, shows and impromptu "parrande" are the daily lifeblood of this community.
