Enjoy an unforgettable stay in this charming 2-bedroom apartment in Moraira. Located in the center, just a few minutes' walk from the beach, port, bakery, shops, supermarket, and more. Carmencita apartment has all the amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, renovated shower room, a bright living room, and a private balcony. The building has an elevator and there is paid street parking in the blue zone or free public parking a 5-minute walk away. There is also a free electric car charging station just below the building. We create your home in Moraira.
Yenling is my host at "CARMENCITA." She will welcome you with open arms to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Of Dutch-Chinese origin, she has lived in Moraira for over 20 years. She can recommend many places of interest. She can also assist you in several languages, including Spanish, Dutch, English, Chinese, and a touch of German and French to facilitate communication.
Carmencita is located in one of Moraira's iconic buildings, called "La Casona," in the Old Town, where most residents live, and in the Plaza del Virgen del Carmen. Yet, it's just steps away from everyday amenities such as the town's cafes, a 24-hour supermarket, and shops. And on foot, you can easily reach the two iconic beaches, Playa de l'Ampolla and the famous El Portet beach, as well as the views from the Club Naútico. A quiet yet central location, where you feel part of Moraira.
