This 349 m2, two-storey house has 4 comfy bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 on the ground floor. The master bedroom comes with a double bed and a dressing room. The room has a porthole which you can cover. The second bedroom is also very spacious and comes with 2 twin beds. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are on the ground floor. One has a double bed. The other one,offers two twin beds. All four bedrooms are equipped with a fan. The bright sitting-dining room is nicely decorated There are comfortable sofas, a huge dining table for up to 16 people, a fireplace, satellite TV and WIFI. There is another dining room next to the kitchen and a second living room. The house has two bathrooms with bathtub, one on each floor. The kitchen has access to the garden and is well-equipped with a gas stove. The exteriors of the house are as well a wonderful place to enjoy your vacation: make a BBQ with friends, swim in the pool or bask in the sun. The terrace is a nice place for meals together. In the garden are 6 sun loungers and 2 sun shades aThe 30 m2 pool (chlorine) is a real jewel! There is also a kids pool with a depth of 0.45 meters. There's one exterior shower bathroom.

The house is close to the centre of Inca, where you will be able to find everything you need during your holiday: local market, surgery, hospital, restaurants, bars, supermarket, ATM, etc. Inca is famous all over the island for the quality of leather products, its weekly market (Thursdays) and its “cellers” (restaurants with typical Majorcan food). It is very interesting to visit the three gothic style churches in Inca, “San Bartolomé” monastery and the chapel of “Santa Magdalena” at the top of a hill. “Plaza del Àngel” is a bar area to enjoy nightlife in Mallorca. Alcudia Bay is just 30 minute drive and it’s more than 30 km long. You will be able to find peaceful areas as Platja de Muro and lively beaches as Puerto de Alcúdia, where you can enjoy a dinner seeing the sunset.
