Air Condition Units: In order to save Energy and sustainability to improve the environment, the Air Condition units are operated by 1 Euro and 2 Euro coin yard. Six euro per night calculated on the total number of nights stay will be credited to the guests free of charge, but once that amount are used, the guests will need to use their own money to insert in the coin yard to operate the air conditions units.

Dogs are not allowed inside the interior of the house but they are welcome to stay at the exterior of the house outside in the terraces and ground. Dogs must be always supervised and not to be left unattended. Dogs are also not allowed inside the swimming pole. Dogs must be three years old or over. Owners for small size dogs can request further information from the host prior to reservation. Dogs are only allowed to stay on the owners/guests own responsibilities for the safety and welfare of their dogs. The host is not responsible whatsoever for the health and safety of the guest's pets.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to € 300 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy.
