The house is perfectly equipped to live in a comfortable way, all rooms are newly renovated and with everything you need to get great comfort: hair dryer, clothes iron, clothesline, tweezers, ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee maker, full kitchen utensils, cleaning products, television, wifi, board games of all kinds, towels, sheets... The house is cozy and has about 70 square meters, has two balconies, one main in front of the town hall through which is accessed from the common entrance, and another in the matrimonial alcove that dates back to 1694. This house is perfect as much as for couples who want to enjoy a romantic weekend as for those family trips, since the balcony is a perfect place to relax while you see the children playing in the square. We invite you to spend some wonderful days in our house, on which have been recorded films like "The Promise" and "Valentina", or is also the protagonist of numerous works of art and paintings. We will be happy to welcome and help you, as well as recommend incredible places and unique activities to do in this beautiful area of the Sierra de Albarracín.

The house is located in front of the town hall and the Plaza Mayor, is the busiest place in Albarracín, as in its surroundings are the main tourist areas such as the walls or the cathedral of Salvador (both about 2 minutes walk from the house). The passage to the square is restricted to vehicles. However we have a resident card that will be lent to guests so they can leave their bags more comfortably and can park in a nearby area.
