The apartment is ideally located on the edge of Benitachell town,close to all amenities,doctors,pharmacy,supermarkets,golf club,restaurants and many more.The apartment is on the lower floor with ,separate entrance from the villa.We live above the apartment,in villa.THE APARTMENT HAS PRETTY BEDROOM WITH BRASS BED,AIR CON,AND WINDOW FACING PALM TREES,.SECOND ROOM HAS SITTING AREA HAS ENGLISH AND SPANISH TV SOFAAND KITCHENETTE. The property is nestled on hillside overlooking the fantastic views and a great route for cyclists.Close to Cala Moraig,and 8minute drive to beaches of Javea Moraira.
