Casa Calma is newly refurbished villa in light,, modern but yet rustic style. The house is bright and airy and has view to the sea on one side and to the valley on the other. Garden is spacious and the swimming pool and the area around it is large with sunbeds, seating area and outside dining area. The villa has 3 bedrooms, living room and a large modern kitchen with dining table.
Hello, we are Hadda and Haukur and we welcome you to stay at our beautiful villa, Casa Calma, in Moraira. Both originally from Iceland, but have for a long time dreamed about owning a house in Spain. After some research in the Costa Blanca region, we picked Moraira for our little dream and do not regret that decision. For the last 2-3 years we have been working on our house and have made it into a beautiful oasis where you can relax and enjoy Spain at its best.
Moraira is situated on the Costa Blanca. The town has its own authentic character and is increasingly popular among modern travelers. Moraira is often called the "Saint Tropez of Spain" in travel brochure. The town has only 2 relatively small high rise buildings. Casa Calma is located 10 minutes walk from the sea and 20 minutes walk from Moraira town center. In Moraira you will find approx 200 restaurants to suit all tastes from quick meals to luxury dining. There is a very popular market every Friday morning. Neighboring town Javea is in 20 minutes drive north of Moraira and Calpe in 10 minutes drive to the south.
