Stylish Finca with private, chlorine pool (with a size of 10m x 5m and a depth of 0.9m to 1.9m) and garden in Llucmajor, ideal for 10 people. Sunbathing on the sun loungers, refreshing in the outside shower, make a tasty barbecue on one of the terraces or enjoy the tranquility and the natural environment will make your holiday perfect. The well-kept garden has plenty of space for children to play. There are no direct neighbors so you will enjoy a total privacy. The plot is fenced. The living room has satellite TV and a large dining table. In addition, there is a second smaller lounge with air conditioning and wood stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic stove, utensils and dishwasher. The is a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an iron. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning, closet and access to the terrace. One toilet gives service to the ground floor. On the first floor you find 4 more bedrooms: 3 of them with a double bed (1 with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub) and 1 with two single beds. The bedrooms hace A/C, wardrobe and TV. On request we can prepare a baby bed and a high chair.

It does not matter if you are looking for a beach or sport, you can have both in this area, as in less than 15 minutes by car you will reach both the Son Antem golf course and the lively S'Arenal beach or the quiet Cala Blava. On Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays you can visit the Llucmajor flea market and buy regional products. The island capital, Palma de Mallorca, is only 20 km away and is famous for La Seu Cathedral, Parc de la Mar and the picturesque old town. The Palma Aquarium, about 13 km away, is ideal to enjoy a day with your family.
