It is a family home in a quiet and very accessible area. From here you can visit any point on the island very easily.

My name is Felix Ruiz. We have been renting our family house from June to September for 10 years. The most important thing for me is that you enjoy your vacation in our house. You will have me at your disposal for any questions or information you need. We offer our guests a welcome pack consisting of: Assorted fruits, water, beer and wine. This year we have renovated the entire house. We have changed all the beds and mattresses to make them more comfortable. New sunbeds in the pool.

It is a quiet residential neighborhood and very close to Ibiza.
