Casa Carme was fully renovated in 2025, it's a three double bedroom property with street parking (free of charge). All bedrooms and the main living room have independent air conditioning and heating installed. There is a washing room where laundry can be done. It's a spacious and airy house with a fully functioning open plan kitchen with a fridge, microwave, induction hob and oven. A kettle is available and a selection of teas and coffee supplied.
Casa Carme is located in a quiet and safe street where the locals are very friendly and have been living there for many years. The house is situated in the heart of de Delta only 15 minutes drive from the idyllic town of Ampolla with its pristine beaches and numerous restaurants. The closest shopping area is Camarles an agricultural town, where you can find different supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, bars and restaurants. Only one hour drive away you have the famous theme park Port Aventura, Caribbean Water Park and Ferrari Park. Saturday you can visit the street market of La Rapita.
