Ubicado en una de las mejores ubicaciones de Fuerteventura, con las puestas de sol increíbles. Salón amplio abierto con puertas correderas dobles que conducen directamente a la gran terraza privada y jardín con piscina climatizada. La villa cuenta con un amplio salón de planta abierta, cocina moderna totalmente equipada que incluye vitro cerámica de 4 fuegos, horno, nevera / congelador, lavadora, lavavajillas, microondas, hervidor eléctrico, tostadora y todo lo que necesita para sentirse como en casa. La villa consta de 3 dormitorios con camas dobles y armarios empotrados, 2 baños completamente alicatados con una gran ducha, wc y un lavabo.
