Casa Colina is a ground floor apartment, suitable for 4-6 persons. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sofa bed for 2 persons in the living (suitable for 1 adult or 2 kids), airconditioning and central heating. Swimming pool in front of the apartment. Please take a look at the pictures for an impression. The apartment is located at Roda Golf & Beach Resort, Phase IV. This beautiful resort in San Javier has a 18 hole golf course, club house and restaurant. In the area at least 10 other golf courses can be found, like La Manga (54 holes) and Las Ramblas at Cabo Roig (18 holes). Besides golfing there is so much more to do and explore. The resort has a well equipped gym. Also new tennis and padel courts are available. Kids play area at the resort. Go for a walk, enjoy the sun and the beautiful gardens, swimming, cycling (bike rental nearby), beach.
Welcome at Casa Colina. Since November 2024 we are the proud owners of Casa Colina. The apartment is named after the mother of the owner. Colina means hill in Spain, but in this area at the sea no hills can be found. Nevertheless the flat area is perfect to enjoy holidays!
Los Narejos beach at the beautiful Mar Menor is only a 5 minute drive away (2.5 km). Restaurants, supermarkets and shops are nearby (1.5-3 km). Also the cities of Cartagena (26 km), Murcia (41 km) and Alicante (98 km) are worth seeing. Calblanque National Park (36 km), La Zenia Boulevard shopping mall (22 km). Rent a car at Alicante airport (88 km) to drive easily to Roda Golf, and to be able to explore the area.
