“La Casa de Amparo y Jose Manuel” is a rural lodging located in the little village of Pavias, with less than 100 inhabitants, right in the center of the Sierra Espadán Natural Park (Serrà d’Espadà) in Castelló province. This lodging has been a traditional rural house which has been completely reformed to host visitors. Inside, the temperature is pleasant along the year thanks to its thick walls and to the efficient heating system provided. Nights are cool is summer,so the house can beb enjoyed throught the year.. The house is ideal for 4 persons, with 2 double bedrooms, one sitting room, one dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Good and fast wifi is offered. The mountains are just there, so ,thanks to the silence of this little village the house is ideal to rest and to be in contact with Nature. Children "live" in the street as there is very little traffic.
We are Amparo and Paco, a couple of teachers who enjoy travelling around the world. We have been using Booking frequently to find a lodging which suits us. We have always valued the most that the information offered is reliable and to be treated kindly and respectfully. Our compromise is to offer the same to our guests.
The house is in the village square, opposite the church, but in just three minutes you will be enjoying the silence and the beauty of the mountains. Various walking routes in the mountains are clearly signalled. The village has a swimming pool, basketball-football court, a “petanca” court, a “frontón” and a play area for children. Pavías is just 15 minute drive from the free highway A-23, Montanejos and Jérica exit. Its location allows a wide range of short trips (one hour or less) to some towns of great artistic, cultural and historical value like Segorbe, Jérica, Teruel, Mora de Rubielos… Valencia is also easily reachable.
