Casa de Don Simón has an amazing view to the sea that is located around 5 minutes by car to the beach. Casa de Don Simón is close to the Zenia Boulevard, is the Orihuela Costas´s largest shopping center of the Costa Blanca with more than 150 shops and restaurants. The apartment is suitable for 4 -6 Guests. 2 floor, no Lift. The apartment has: 2 bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds. Living room with a sofa bed, 65 inch TV and Wifi. Airco in each room and Living room. Kitchen with full equipment and household appliances. Bathroom with a bath. Balcony. Private Solarium with a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding area. Perfect for Sunbathing in private. 2 fantastic swimming pools that can enjoy adults and kids. Beach equipment: umbrellas, chairs, towels, goggles, snorkels masks. beach blanket, inflatables of different sizes and shapes and swimming boards. 4 Bikes to explore the area. Washing machine Dishwasher
