Guests must sign the property rental contract prior to check-in for stays of 11 nights and above.
The rental price includes accommodation for 2 or 4 people depending on the double beds advertised in each property. In all properties, it is possible to add one or two additional guests by requesting one or two single extra beds. In this case, an additional fee of €35 will be charged per extra bed requested.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of € 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer if there's no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
