House with 3 bedrooms and a terrace 100 meters from the center of Chulilla. It has a pleasant terrace with views of the Chulilla Castle. In the basement, we have a cinema room to enjoy after a day out in the countryside. The house features air conditioning and heating throughout.

The house is located very close to the square, the center of life in Chulilla, where you can find the main shops, bars, and restaurants. Additionally, and very important in Chulilla, you can drive up to the door and unload your luggage comfortably. The proximity of the free public parking lot will allow you to leave your car just 10 meters from the door. It is a quiet area that will allow you to rest, but only 100 meters away from the lively atmosphere and terraces of Plaza de la Baronía.
