Located in a quiet residential area, it is the perfect place to unwind and explore the island. During the summer, you can enjoy a communal swimming pool, ideal for making the most of the sunshine. A perfect option to combine relaxation, comfort, and a great location. The property features one bedroom with a double bed, bed linen included, and a sofa bed, as well as a living area with TV and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, basic utensils, crockery and cutlery, frying pans, pots, knives, glasses and cups, toaster, kitchen paper, and cleaning products such as a sponge, cloth, garbage bags, and dishwashing soap. The bathroom is complete and includes a shower with hot water, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, two rolls of toilet paper, a hand towel, and a bath mat. The accommodation is fully private, and you will have exclusive access to the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. No food items are provided, so guests are advised to bring essentials such as salt, sugar, and oil. We offer self check-in, free Wi-Fi, and initial hygiene products (if they run out, guests must replenish them). Lost keys incur a locksmith fee of 150. Check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. To receive access codes, it is mandatory to complete the registration through an external link. We comply with Royal Decree 933/2021, and failure to complete the registration may result in loss of the deposit and eviction without refund. Data is sent directly to the Ministry of the Interior.
