You are staying in a beautiful Ibiza finca, surrounded by a private garden and private pool. You are invited to spend an unforgettable time with your family or friends there. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for your daily life. Located in a small neighborhood in the countryside, however, only a few minutes walking distance to all the amenities of the beach town like restaurants, bars, and shops, and various small beaches. We are looking forward to see you soon and enjoy the beauty of the island. We are happy to offer you for your convenient Ibiza vacation the entire villa. When booking this offer you are renting the entire villa, which comfortably sleeps 6 people, in three private bedrooms. All lounges, terraces, and garden areas you see on the photos will be for your private use only. We are looking forward to welcome you on the island this summer. Love, Jan In the neighborhood there is a construction zone of a new hotel. On some days it might come to temporary noise. The prices per night are already adjusted accordingly. There is no noisy construction work in the summer time (1st of May until 15th of October).

The villa is located in the outskirts of a small beach town. Just recently the seafront of the town has been remodeled to a beautiful pedestrian walk with a variety of cafes and shops. The house is in a private neighborhood, away from the main road. The north-east coast`s most beautiful beaches like Cala Nova and Cala LLenya are within walking distance. Also, the town center, with its bars and restaurants, is only a short walk away. It is not in the area of the hedonistic pulsating nightlife of Eivissa. However, the party places are within reach, driving approximately 30 minutes by car or taxi.
