The cozy living room offers a 65” TV with UK channels and high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun. This fully enclosed private villa is just a 2-minute walk from the center of Cala en Porter, 10 minutes from the beach, and 15 minutes on foot from the famous Cova d’en Xoroi. Casa Dos Mas has been recently renovated and returns to the rental market under new owners dedicated to providing an excellent independent holiday experience. The villa is furnished to a high standard, freshly painted, and features new curtains throughout. There are three bedrooms with double beds and new air conditioning, plus a spacious, bright living room. The main bathroom has a large shower, washing machine, cleaning supplies, and an iron. The second bathroom includes a bathtub, ideal for families with young children. Both bathrooms have new sinks with storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and a dining table for four—perfect for family breakfasts. Outside, the villa offers a large elevated covered terrace wrapping around the living room with outdoor dining, and a spacious lower area to enjoy Cala en Porter’s peaceful climate.
