Located in Vilanova i la Geltrú, Catalonia, Casa Elegante is a charming vacation home for up to 8 guests. It offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms across two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a living-dining room with high wooden-beamed ceilings and a fully equipped kitchen. The house features high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fan, TV, washer-dryer, and a workspace. Enjoy a small private patio, ideal for relaxing outdoors after exploring the city. There is a garage space. Vehicle access is for loading and unloading only; street parking is not allowed. An underground parking lot is available a 5-minute walk away for an extra fee. Events are not permitted, and outside visitors require prior notice. The house is in one of the city’s most iconic areas, just 50 meters from the main boulevard with shops, cafés, and pharmacies. The hospital is a 10-minute walk. From the boulevard, you can stroll to the seafront, port, and fish market, with many restaurants and leisure spots. Enjoy the marina, boat rentals, jet skis, kayaking, paddle surfing, volleyball, and museums. Please respect quiet hours from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am.
