“給予十分，實在是因為隔壁的奶奶人熱情又能回應剛入住時的疑難問題。 屋主委託給管理公司處理，管理公司的回應是沒有幫助且無即時，尤其是在check in的時間，傳訊息都找不到人。 建議屋主直接管理，到達check in 時間時，訊息給予key box密碼，入住後的SOP印製出來各國語言就很夠用了。真的還有問題的話，相信隔壁的奶奶都能迎刃而解。 留意，冷氣是在客廳，房間是沒有的。”
