The 80 m² property features a new living room with two sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. All spaces are now connected: the third bedroom, previously accessible only from the patio, now also has direct access from inside the house. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a smart TV with streaming services. Heating is provided by gas radiators; please use energy responsibly. In cases of exceptionally high usage, the extra cost may be deducted from the deposit. A cot and high chair are available for families with young children. The house includes a private patio with a terrace and barbecue, as well as a cozy covered outdoor lounge area—perfect for relaxing summer evenings.
