This stunning Villa with an 8M Pool & views over the Lake & Golf Course is situated on the Mar Menor Golf Course & Resort. The resort also features a 5 Star Hotel with 5 Restaurants & numerous other features such as Tennis & Padel Courts, Community Pools, & Full size Spar Supermarket. Also within walking distance is El Boulevard with many different Bars & Restaurants.
The Clarke Family have been owners on Mar Menor Golf since 2015. We bought Casa Gemela in 2019 & have been welcoming guests ever since. We still spend our holidays on Mar Menor & enjoy improving all the guest facilities. Our Key-holder Fay is always on hand to ensure you have a wonderful stay & we are just an email or Text message away.
Mar Menor Golf Resort benefits from 320 days sunshine a year and is only 2.5 hours away from the UK by plane. Nearby you will find the Historic cities of Cartagena & Murcia with beautiful architecture. There is over 50 kilometres of coastline beaches within a short distance of the Villa. For families there are a number of Beaches & Waterparks within 10 - 30 minutes drive. There are many amenities that you can walk to around the Resort & El Boulevard but if you wish to travel further afield then we would recommend use of a car. You will have a fully functioning Sports Club & over 20 Bars & Restaurants all within walking distance.
