Jávea Holidays began life in 2001 when two friends, who had recently relocated to the Costa Blanca from the UK, decided (over a chilled bottle of local vino blanco) that Jávea and its surroundings were simply too beautiful to be kept to themselves. From humble beginnings, managing bookings via telephone enquiries, we’ve developed a user-friendly website, optimized for both mobile and tablet. Our search filters allow our customers to quickly find exactly what they’re after, and we’ve become dab hands at promoting our homes on social media sites #welovewhatwedo! Our emphasis is still on sourcing one-of-a-kind holiday homes. Places that our guests will love so much that they want to come back time and time again. We now offer apartments with breath-taking sea views, beachy duplexes, family-friendly villas, as well as gorgeous off-the-beaten track fincas and cosy winter rentals. Just like our guests, our hand-picked properties are unique, quite often glamorous, and sometimes even a little quirky.

Casa Grande is a stylish, spacious property that has been lovingly decorated to incorporate modern comforts, while retaining every ounce of its Mediterranean charm. Situated amidst the foothills of the Montgo mountain, in a peaceful country setting with stunning panoramic views, the property is close to the historic centre of Jávea Old Town and within a 10-minute drive of the Arenal beach and the pretty coves of Granadella and Portixol. Also, within a short drive of the house is the pretty market town of Jesus Pobre and La Sella 36-hole championship golf course and Spa. Inside the house the rooms are cool and inviting, thoughtfully decorated with pops of colourful art pieces against soothing neutral tones. The bedrooms are spaciously laid out, each with their own unique charm and colour scheme. Large built-in wardrobes, ceiling fans and mosquito nets feature in all four bedrooms and the beds themselves are luxurious and ample in size. Bathrooms feature contemporary tiles; modern chrome fittings and the family bathroom boasts a huge sunken bath and rainfall corner shower. Important Information 1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund. 2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31 nights or more receive a special long-stay discount. Utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A utilities prepayment will be required, and the final cost will be calculated based on actual consumption. Any unused amount will be refunded. 3) Stays over 10 days: According to Spanish law, guests staying more than 10 days must sign a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract.
