For a few weeks now and at the request of our regular clients, we have allocated a small space in the house to permanently/provisionally house Esmeralda. She is an affectionate brown cat, a next-door neighbor, who for a few months has fallen in love with our guests with her affection and friendship.

Our friend Detlef and his wife... after more than 4 visits to the house, they decided to buy a small house so that Esmeralda could give affection to our visitors, only asking in return for some caresses and some food,

For this reason we have to declare that Esmeralda, in some way, is part of the house.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 20:00:00 and 10:00:00.

A damage deposit of € 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
