This is a modern style, detached villa with a large lounge/diner, 1 double,1 twin bedroom and 1 double sofa bed in the lounge for additional guests if needed. The lounge leads onto a large rear tiled terrace with a electric heated pool, an additional larger community pool is avilable for use between 10AM and 8PM. A large outside solid roof pergola sits just off the lounge doors with corner comfort seating, this offeres good shade for the none sunbathers but still allows full inetercation with those on the terrace. A smaller sheltered area offers an outdoor dining area for 6 people. The garden is surrounded by an 8 to 12 ft fence to all elevations. An large open BBQ is available for use. The front of the villa has its own drive for parking. An outside utility area provides a washing machine. The bathroom includes a rain shower with rinse attachment, toilet, wash basin, bidet and antifog mirror. The villa is fully equipped with 65" flat screen TV & FREE WIFI. Ceiling fans are located in each bedroom and the lounge area for addtional comfort. Bath towels and linen are provided for the duration of your stay although additonal linen purchases can be arranged. Note: parties and events are not accommodated at this property and will result in removal. Age limit is 25 and above.

The Location, The property is situated in a calm location, relaxing but only a few minutes drive or bus from from the center of Corralejo town and beaches. The location offers good access to other parts of the north being only a ten min drive from the white sand lagoons of El Cotilo, 5 mins from Corralejo town and 5 mins from Corralejo main beaches. The property offers home from home style comfort. The airport in Fuerteventura is situated in the middle of the island and is around 35K from Corralejo. We have many clients that do not wish to drive so we can arrange private transfers from and to the Airport if required at a charge of 45euro each way. We do recommend that you hire a car when on a villa holiday. You can hire a small car for around 140 Euro for 1 week, slightly less for two weeks. A Taxi from the Airport to Corralejo would be around 140 returns for up to 4 people, the car would offer you good access to lots of beaches, towns and villages, the island is very big and has allot to offer. Once at the villa, if you want to head to town but don't want to take the car, get the bus, just opposite the property for E 1.40
