Fantastic location with a huge commercial centre across the street. Las Ramblas Golf Course and Campoamor Golf Course within 5 minutes walk. Bus stops to the Blue Flag Beaches and la zenia boulevard only 2 minutes walk away from the apartment. Secure parking and a lift is fitted in the complex. Car not necessary as everything you need for the perfect holiday is right on the door step. Modern, comfortable, immaculate apartment with private balcony. The top floor communal solarium

Situated in villamartin with 3 golf courses, local Blue Flag Beaches and la fuente commercial centre has 32 shops and restaurants Perfect canal walk for cycling, running and walking. Bus stops and taxi rank 2 minutes walk away from the apartment
