Purchased in 2018 and fully modernised, we had a vision to bring an inside/outside living space with magnificent views to life. Karian brings a lifestyle for us and our guests to enjoy, year after year.

Karen (Australian) and Ian (UK). After moving from home and meeting in Switzerland, getting married and thinking to our future. We have always enjoyed hosting friends from around the world. We bought Karian, on the beautiful Costa Brava to share with you. Come join us and let us welcome you in this stunning location. If you are renting the Apartment only, the hosts do live on-site, but will respect your privacy. The pool and garden area is for use of the guests during your rental, the hosts will not be present unless invited If you want the hosts can provide a local BBQ and Wine which is chargeable.

Tossa de Mar is classed as the jewel of the Costa Brava, where friends and families come back year after year. Its medieval castle overlooking the beach, wonderful restaurants, and relaxing way of life makes Tossa the place to spend your vacation. Close to Girona and Barcelona and their airports, it is a fantastic location to visit the cities or use them as your transport hubs. As the area is a residential area, please respect the locals with reduced noise after 10:30 PM
