Property info

Golf resort 2 bedroomed 1st Floor Apartment with fantastic pool views. This modern fully equipped apartment sleeps 4. The living room- with air conditioning, is ideal for entertaining and dining, leads out to the large, fully tiled rear terrace with outdoor dining and lounging furniture. With a SOUTH-EAST orientation it is ideal to enjoy both the summer and winter sun and overlooks 1 one of the 19 resort communal swimming pools. The apartmemt has free fibre internet and international cable tv channels. 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. The master has patio doors leading out onto the main terrace. The main bathroom has a bath with shower above, vanity unit, basin & mirror, and WC . Just a short walk to the on-site clubhouse/ bar-restaurant, supermarket, tennis courts, driving range and putting green and only a 5-minute drive to the local town of Sucina with lots of amenities and bar/restaurants on offer. 10-minute drive to the lovely beaches of the Mar Menor and a 20-minute drive from Murcia International Airport. Fantastically located to enjoy all the Costa Calida has to offer.
