We are happy to have you stay in casaklod. com and even to help you to plan your visit. We are looking to accommodate guests that are coming to ibiza for its incredible music/party scene. Please use our home as a place to sleep, shower and eat or relax in between your daytime and evening events. With so many parties, restaurants, beaches and events 24 hour a day in ibiza, we don't expect that you will be needing entertainment in our home. No parties or extra guests are allowed in the house and while you are here please respect our neighbors by keeping music to a minimal level. It is situated very close to Ibiza castle, the center 10 min walk. It has a spacious three double bedroom perfect for 6 people. There is a flat-screen TV in the living room and also Wi-Fi and aircon. The house has two private accesses. There is a lovely swimming pool exclusive use for the guests in the sunny private garden. Our pet (cat)Ice is around the garden since 10 years. The house is walking distance from several amazing beaches where you can do a lots of water sports. This house is perfect for a family with children or for couples. It is a no-smoking house and is not suitable for pets. Parties are not allowed.
I have been blessed to call Ibiza my home since 2007, and my love for this island knows no bounds. In 2012, I purchased a house here, and every corner of it is infused with love. One particular beach holds a special place in my heart - Cala Comte. Its picturesque shores boast crystal-clear waters. And let's not forget the vibrant nightlife that Ibiza is renowned for the best clubs in Europe. I am forever captivated by its beauty and allure.
The house is ibicenco style and has been recently restored. Nearby there are beautiful views of the city and the sea . There is in About 10 min walk to the castle situated in the old part of the city. You must see also the Arqueologic museum D'Eivissa and Formentera (3min walk) .There is a nice area in paseo de Figuretas with many restaurants with a romantic atmosphere by night and many supermarkets near the house. The house Is situated in a nice quiet area. Very close to the center and a short walk (250m)to the the sea. The distance from the airport is 15/20 minutes and there is a transporter service of the house.
