We are proud to present our holiday villa Casa Kollies in Calpe. The sunny holiday villa Casa Kollies with private pool is located in the Colari district in Calpe, within walking distance of a supermarket (5min), boulevard and beach (10min). Bus stop at 100 meters. The holiday villa stands on a closed plot of 1000 m2. The garden consists of various plants with fruit trees, palm trees and terraces. The villa is nicely decorated and fully equipped. Everything for a holiday you will never forget.

Calp is characterized by the 332-metre-high rock El peñon de Ifach, which juts out into the sea and can be seen from miles away. The rock is part of a small bird sanctuary. Calp is a touristic place because of its relatively good climate. You will find several apartment buildings on the pedestrian boulevard, as well as cafes, restaurants and disco bars. The surrounding hills were built up with villas. Calp has two large beaches, left and right of the Ifach. The old beach, the Arenal, is located between the city and the Ifach. The new beach, La Fossa, is the part north of the Ifach. Both have a boulevard along the entire beach. The old center is still intact and contains traces of the Moorish rule. Close to the center, south of the Ifach, is the fishing port.
