One level above the apartment is the swimming pool (open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) with comfortable sun loungers and beautiful views of the Bernia Mountains. Our private residence is also located on this level,so you may occasionally see us in the pool area , while the apartment itself offers you complete privacy with its own entrance, terrace and garden. My name is Jeroen Fremouw. After many years as an entrepreneur in the Netherlands, my friend and I spent several years searching for the perfect place in Spain. In mid-2023, we found our dream home in Altea, complete with a beautiful six-person apartment beneath it, ideal for welcoming guests. We took the leap and moved to Altea in early 2024, where we now enjoy hosting guests on a small and personal scale. Because the property is built on a hillside, it is divided into three levels. The lower terrace is a garden with several fruit trees. The middle terrace is home to the apartment, which has its own private entrance and garden, as well as a Jacuzzi, sauna and outdoor shower for your exclusive use. A natural stone staircase leads to the upper terrace, where you will find the swimming pool, available to our guests daily from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Our private residence is also located on this level,so you may occasionally see us in the pool area. Often considered one of the most picturesque villages on the Costa Blanca, it is famous for its whitewashed houses, narrow cobbled streets and colourful flowers. Wander through charming boutiques, artisan shops and excellent restaurants before visiting the iconic Church of Nuestra Señora del Consuelo and the nearby ronistas Viewpoint, which offers breathtaking views over Altea and the Mediterranean Sea. El Jardín de los Sentidos Nature lovers should not miss El Jardín de los Sentidos (The Garden of the Senses).
