This beautiful detached villa can be booked in its entirety for up to 10 people and is located in Orba in the Orba Valley in the northern part of the Costa Blanca. The villa is peacefully and freely situated with a magnificent view of the orange mountains and the valley. At street level, the villa has a covered parking space for 1 car on its own grounds. Several cars can be parked along the quiet road. The villa has 5 bedrooms, with comfortable box-spring beds, wardrobe space, and they are all equipped with air conditioning. 4 bedrooms, each with 2 single box-spring beds, are located on the ground floor, one of which has direct access to the terrace with swimming pool. On the ground floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. There is also a storage room with a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. On the upper floor (street level), there is a 5th bedroom with 2 single box-spring beds, wardrobe space, and air conditioning. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The upper floor also includes the hallway, the living room with comfortable seating areas and a smart TV, an open kitchen with a large refrigerator, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, and microwave, and adjacent to the living room is a Naja with a large dining table and magnificent views. The upper floor is also fully air-conditioned. Surrounding the villa on the lower level are several terraces, a gazebo with a comfortable lounge set, a delightful swimming pool, sun loungers, a canopy bed, and a large table with 10 chairs for enjoying outdoor evenings together. The villa also has a gas barbecue and a charcoal barbecue for use as desired. From all terraces, you can enjoy the beautiful view over the valley.

We are two friends, each with our own family, who have carefully chosen and decorated this house with love and joy to create a wonderful holiday experience. We were immediately captivated by the stunning views, the Spanish vibe of this orange valley, and the quaint authentic village of Orba. It's perfect for a delightful, tranquil vacation with plenty of activities in the area for the whole family. We have had the pleasure of experiencing this multiple times with our own families, including teenagers who found peace here, enjoyed playing in the pool, and enthusiastically joined in on the fun outings in the vicinity, such as go-karting, wine tasting, visiting rice fields in Pego, shopping at the enormous mall in Ondara (a 15-minute drive), or spending a lovely day at the beach. We named our house after one of the beautiful citrus trees in our garden, the lime tree. Additionally, the first two letters of our names also form the word 'Lima,' which means lime in Spanish.

Orba is a small Spanish village with an authentic Spanish vibe. In the village, there are many restaurants, bars, and a supermarket (Masymas). In the surrounding area, you can go on beautiful walks, bike rides from village to village through the valley, and drive to various coastal towns within 20 minutes, such as Denia, Javea, or Moraira. In the next valley, you will find the town of Jalon just 15 minutes away, nestled among vineyards offering delightful wine tastings.
