Peaceful rural setting with exceptional views but a short drive from local amenities and restaurants. Luxurious houses with all the comforts of home renovated sympathetically to retain traditional features. A perfect retreat for calm and relaxation. Renovations were completed in 2022. We have two houses in our converted eighteenth century farmhouse, Amencer has two en-suite bedrooms and fabulous valley views getting the sunshine from dawn. Solpor has a large bedroom and bathroom . Both houses have well equipped kitchens and comfortable living rooms with Smart TV. Free WIFI through super fast Fiber-optic. PLEASE NOTE: Breakfast served only if requested in advance. Please message if you require this service. The property is registered with the Xunta de Galicia as a Casa de Aldea de Turismo Rural - TR- LU-000328. Please note that we have a friendly cat.
We are an English couple living here since 2014. We fell in love with the house, the land and the area in 2010 and since then it´s been a labour of love renovating the house to its current condition. We look forward to sharing our enthusiasm for the local area.
Easy driving distance to Lugo, Ribadeo, Mondoñedo, Santiago de Compostela and A Coruna. Coast just over 30 minutes away with countless wonderful beaches. Great local cuisine and wine with plenty of activities including; the A Pontenova zip wire, hiking, cycling, fishing, river swimming, kayaking and beach activities.
