We are a company working in holiday rentals of properties in Mallorca. Our aim is to offer a personalized service and a direct attention to our guests. We wish them to relax and enjoy their favourite activities in the island.

Property info

Big and elegant house set in the centre of old town in Pollença, just a few steps away from the Calvario, the main square, and the shopping area. Dowstairs you can find a big entrance, a living dinning room, a bathroom and a graceful kitchen, with a big store, open to a furnished patio. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one of the with a charming dressing room, and a bathroom. The whole house is decorated following a tasteful classic style, with a lot of interesting details.

Neighborhood info

Pollença is a beautiful town set at the north of the island in a valley, at about a forty five minute drive from the airport. It's a really charming and quiet place, set at a seven kilometres drive from the wonderful beaches of its own Port. Some of its points of interest are the Calvario steps, the Puig de Maria, the cala San Vicente, ect... It is also important to have in mind the wide range of restaurants and shops, specially around the lively main square and at the sea walk in the port. There is an hour drive to Palma and to other interesting places in the island.
