A 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom beautifully furnished and fully equipped private apartment.with stunning features, sun terraces, with valley and partial sea views. overlooking the pool with rustic BBQ and covered area, a master bedroom and, second twin bedroom with air conditioning, family shower room, indoor and out dining areas, modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. In the living room you will find air conditioning, a reclining leather sofa & TV. Excllent free WiFi. As our valued guests, for your arrival there will be complimentary bottles of wine, beer and snacks, also a selection of herbs & spices & cooking oil, we keep for guests several kinds of tea, semi skimmed milk, 'Nespresso' coffee machine, instant and cafetiere coffee and sugar. For your comfort hand soap and shower gel, outside a dartboard, seating and cushions, pool toys and inflatables are here. You have a private, secure gated entrance to the apartment this is walled and (for the most part) hedged with conifer and Oleander. On occasions and before 08.00 the gardener and/or pool man will require access for about 20 minutes in order to maintain facilities.

It is a quiet, residential area, yet only a short walk to the beaches and two beach bars.
