Casa Luis is located in the Balcon al Mar urbanization, 1.3 km from the Cap de Nao lighthouse in Jávea (Xàbia). The holiday home is 130 meters above sea level. In the afternoons, a pleasant breeze often blows, which is refreshing in the summer. The house features a beautiful swimming pool, which is available for the exclusive use of the tenant. Additionally, there are nine very different beaches within a radius of 3.5 km to 14 km. Which one is your favorite? The house has two identical apartments in terms of layout, which are stacked on top of each other. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a winter garden. Both apartments are fully equipped and connected externally by a spiral staircase. Both apartments are always rented together. Therefore, this is the ideal place for two friendly families who want to spend their holidays together while also appreciating a certain level of privacy.
