Moraira is a pleasantly picturesque village at the Costa Blanca, with many cosy restaurants and bars in the narrow streets and directly at the seaside. Everything is within a very short walking distance: sea, beach, harbor, shops, market, restaurants and bars. The apartment is in the middle of bustling Moraira where you can enjoy the luxury and space for a carefree stay. We welcome you to the village and our apartment.

the modern apartment is light with a load of space and windows, the bedrooms can be darkened and cooled by shutters. The spacious open kitchen is equipped with all conveniences, from the balcony and the sight from the living you can see the sea and streetview. The beautiful large beach is 50 meters away, it's your spacious garden where you can enjoy the sun and sea. The towels and bed linen are provided so enough space is left in the suitcases when you travel by plane. there's a central panel in the living where you can control the airco, which can cool and heat the appartment. The elevator and the stairs are in front of the frontdoor of the appartment. The main entree of the building is situated at a cosy square with bars and restaurants and a play garden for little children. A bottle of wine, coffee and tea are welcoming you.

In the area of Moraira are many walking routes through beautiful nature areas such as: Granadella, Parque natural de Penyal D'Ifach, Guadalest and much more. Golf courses: the golf club Javea, Ifach and Althea are in the area of 5 kilometers. Various water sports are available such as: sailing, jet skiing, surfing / kite and multiple water activities. Every Friday there is a big market in Moraira, where you can buy fresh fruit, vegetables, clothes and much more. Moraira has a nice beach that leads to a boulevard and harbour, also to El Portet, the very famous beach 'Playa del Portet' has a beautiful romantic beach, 1 km walking distance from the 'Playa de L'Ampolla' beach of Moraira and the apartment.
