The villa "Casa Maravilla" is in the perfect location for a beach break to Benitachell, Alicante. Ideal for bringing families and friends together, this villa can accommodate up to 15 guests. Enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen (complete with a filter coffee machine and a Dolce Gusto), a living/dining area, 6 bedrooms and 4 shower rooms. Additional amenities include a large-screen HD TV, Dvd player, Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and air conditioning in all bedrooms as well as the living room. The outdoor area is complete with a large private pool (pool heating is available from March until October), sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Spend the day relaxing outside and enjoy the impressive mountain and sea views to be seen from the terrace. There is a covered dining area next to the kitchen with a BBQ where you can enjoy home-cooked meals and watch the sun disappear behind the mountains. There are also ample shaded areas for children to play in. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace. There will be an extra fee for this depending on the time of the year to be paid on-site. Full gas central heating available for winter lets. There is a laundry room on the ground floor with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a drying area. A baby cot and high chair are available. Please note that there can be no noise after midnight until 8.00 am due to local law restrictions. Parking is available on-site for up to 4 cars (2 covered). Maximum number of Pets: 2. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for pets.
