Studio apartment with service, very bright, well ventilated and equipped with all essential amenities. Located on the raised ground floor with large terrace overlooking the sea, close to the beach. "Casa Maria Cotillo Mar" facing the beach of "los Lagos" a few minutes walk from the center of the village. The large terrace and the sea view offer the possibility to relax and have lunch in a quiet and pleasant environment, suitable for single travelers, couples and small families.
The entrance to the apartment will be in self check-in mode and the access code will be provided on the day of arrival. I live nearby and I'm available for any requests.
The apartment is located in a quiet area with free beach and with the possibility to rent surfboards, bicycles and water sports equipment nearby. The area is well served with restaurants, bars, cafeterias, small shops and supermarkets. El Cotillo offers long walks, cycling in the desert, trekking along the coast and visiting the lighthouse adjacent to the port of the village.
