Ubicado en segunda linea y a 200 metros de la playa se distribuye en dos habitaciones, un baño, salón-cocina y un balcón terraza. El apartamento dispone de Lavadora, lavavajillas, nevera, horno, microondas, placa vitrocerámica, aire acondicionado en salón y habitación principal, wifi y smart tv de 55 pulgadas. La zona dispone de dos centros comerciales a 50 y 200 metros, restaurantes, centros deportivos, centros médicos, gasolinera, farmacias, aparcamiento de pago 24 horas con vigilancia, playas y una avenida marítima.
