Built following eco-friendly principles, the house offers a warm, serene atmosphere with large windows that open directly to the landscape. Every detail is designed for deep rest: a minimalist living area with natural materials, soft light throughout the day, and a stone patio that invites you to slow down and listen to the sound of the Pisueña River. Thanks to its high-performance building envelope, the house maintains an exceptionally comfortable temperature all year round. Casa Mínima is located in the Pisueña Valley, one of Cantabria’s tranquil and picturesque Valles Pasiegos. It’s an area of rolling green hills, traditional villages and gentle river paths — ideal for walking, exploring local heritage and enjoying authentic local food. Just 40–45 minutes away are some of the wildest and most beautiful beaches of the Cantabrian coast, perfect for a day trip before returning to the calm of the valley.
