Welcome to Casa Oda Seaview! This duplex with glass roof is in an ideal location, only 3 minutes from the beach and the promenade, offering spectacular sea views in a quiet complex with shared swimming pool. Casa Oda consists of 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a large bedroom with double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom (towels and bed linen provided). On the upper floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), a guest toilet, the living room with Smart TV and high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, and a terrace with a barbecue and sea views. The glass roof illuminates and refreshes the house from the centre of the home.
If you are a lover of nature, sports, beach and relax, Lanzarote has a lot to offer you. Casa Oda is only 10 minute walking from the old part of Puerto del Carmen (where you can buy fresh fish every day), Playa Chica and the Biosfera Shopping Centre. Located in the centre of the island, it will allow you to reach all the centres of interest quickly and comfortably. The airport is 8 km from the accommodation.
