Welcome to Denia! This wonderful city has a special microclimate in the area, as it is sheltered under the slopes of the natural park "El Montgó". This is why winters are very warms and summers are not extremely hot. Here you will find all the services of a big city, with the beauty of a small fishing village. Denia is a wonderful city to spend your holidays on the beach, since it has about 15 km of SANDY beaches (Benidorm has only 4 km of sandy beach, Javea 0.5 km, Gandía 3 km, Calpe 3km), to which we must add others 5 km more of rocky coastline with beautiful coves and a marine reserve called "Las Rotas". Having so many kilometers of coastline, tourists disperse and the beaches do not become crowded (contrary to what happens in other tourist towns). Denia has a unique award in Spain; Denia has been declared a gastronomic city by UNESCO granted by the large number of excellent restaurants that the city has. To all this we must add that Denia has the largest port in the Valencian Community, with 2 yacht ports and 2 other marinas full of leisure areas, bars and restaurants.

Our apartments are located in a "BEACHFRONT" urbanization, that is, with DIRECT PRIVATE EXIT to the beach (without roads or walks in between). This beach is undoubtedly the best in Denia. It is not crowded, and has a blue flag. It has fine sand, calm waters, and is surrounded by all services (children's amusement park, restaurants, bakeries, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies ...).

We have 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, located on the ground floor, first, second and third floor in a building without elevator. The height of the apartments can be seen in the specific file of each one, together with the photos and services of each of them. All the apartments are renovated, they are very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need to spend your holidays.
