A centrally located holiday home in Orihuela Costa within walking distance of the beach. Due to its location, you can always choose between sun or shade at Casa Pelican throughout the day. Through the extension (where there is an extra sofa bed) you walk directly into the beautiful well-kept communal backyard and in a few steps you are at one of the two swimming pools! This enclosed garden is only accessible to residents and tenants of this residential complex.

A fifteen minute walk away is the beautiful sandy beach of La Caleta at Cabo Roig. Via a beautifully landscaped path along the coast you can discover many more larger and smaller white sandy beaches with clear water on both sides. There is also a charging station for electric cars less then 1 km from the property: Calle Malaguita, 2. Or at the shopping center nearbij there are also possibilities to charge an electric car. Would you like to eat out or have a drink? Just a ten minute walk and you are on the famous "strip" of Cabo Roig with many restaurants and bars. The prices here are a lot lower than in many other tourist destinations! Ten minutes by car you will find the most beautiful golf courses of the Costa Blanca. Even if you like shopping, you are at the right location! At 1.8 km from the house is the modern, large shopping center Zenia Boulevard with more than 150 shops and restaurants. In short: everything is there for a successful holiday!
