On the upper floor there is the dining room with sea views and a very well equipped kitchen, a toilet, and the living room with Smart TV (Netflix, HBO Apple tv, Prime video) + Satellite (English, German, French, Italian channels) Wi-Fi (fiber optic), air conditioning, and with access to a terrace with magnificent views of the sea. Services and common areas with community pool. * A basic cleaning is included for reservations of 9 days or more. (The guest must request it during their stay.)

The Avenida de las Playas extends throughout Puerto del Carmen. A very well organized promenade along the beach with a one-way lane for vehicles and an area to walk with palm trees and plants throughout its length. Ideal for jogging and other sports enjoying the sea views.
