The house is located in a very quiet and family neighborhood so it is perfect, and our target customer are families and groups of friends with children looking for a few days of relaxation between the sea and the beautiful city of Barcelona. The house is ideal for groups of companies who want to go to the fair in Barcelona ("Fira Barcelona"). Being the fair 40 minutes by car or 1h20min by public transport. It is also perfect for families and groups of families who want to enjoy a holiday 5 minutes walk from the beach and very close to Barcelona. It has a large garden to access from the beautiful living room and a bright terrace where you can meet the sun. The rooms are perfect to be used according to the needs of each group.
