Casa Pretori offers charming, self-catering accommodation in a recently restored historic building in the heart of Tarragona's old town, opposite the Roman monuments of ancient Tarraco, a World Heritage Site. Just a few steps from the beaches, Marina Port Tárraco and the picturesque fishing district of Serrallo, the building offers bright spaces with large windows and views of the sea, the city walls and the surrounding Roman monuments. Casa Pretori has four different accommodation units, designed to suit the different needs of our guests. All accommodations have a double bed, private bathroom with towels, dining table and chairs, air conditioning, Smart TV with streaming channels, high-speed Wi-Fi, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Important: the units are not all the same. Not all accommodations have a balcony and only the duplex penthouse apartment has a full kitchen. We recommend that you carefully review the description and photos of your selected accommodation before booking. Types of accommodation: • Ground floor studio: studio without balcony or kitchen. Our best value option, ideal for travellers looking for a practical and cosy base while enjoying Tarragona during the day. • Studios with sea views: two studios with balcony, without a full kitchen. A balanced option, ideal for those who want to enjoy a comfortable space and a balcony where they can relax, but do not require the equipment needed for longer stays. • Duplex penthouse apartment: apartment with balcony and sun terrace with sea views, lounge with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer-dryer. Our most spacious and complete unit, ideal for those who want to enjoy more space and facilities for longer stays. Access is via a charming wrought iron staircase and also by a modern lift.

From Casa Pretori you can enjoy the cultural and Mediterranean essence of the city walking at sunset through its historic streets visiting the ancient monuments that allow you to relive the history of the ancient city of Tarraco, or the more modern Gothic part and its cathedral, enjoying the shops and restaurants of the Rambla Nova, overlooking the sea from the Balcony of the Mediterranean, dining in the seaside district of Serrallo. Casa Pretori offers the opportunity to enjoy the historical legacy of Tarragona as well as the consumption of local products and unique experiences such as guided tours, sailing, diving in local coves and gastro-enological routes.
